Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 1 January 2024
1. Session Cancellation by Client
- Clients are required to notify HolistiGrowth at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.
- If a client cancels a session before the required notice period, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be offered.
- Clients who cancel within the required notice period can reschedule the session at no additional cost.
2. Session Cancellation by Coach
- If HolistiGrowth needs to cancel a session for any reason, the client will be notified as soon as possible, and the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time without any penalty to the client.
3. Refunds for Package and Program Purchases
- If a client purchases a coaching package or program and discontinues it, they may be eligible for a refund for unused sessions. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of unused sessions.
- No refunds will be issued once a purchased program or package is completed. Additionally, if a program or package reaches fifty percent (50%) completion, no refunds will be offered for the remaining sessions.
- Refund requests must be made in writing (email) and submitted to HolistiGrowth within 60 days of purchase or before a program or package reaches fifty percent (50%) completion.
4. No-Show Policy
- If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notification, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be offered.
5. Lateness Policy
- Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if the client is late. No partial refunds will be given for time lost due to late arrival.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
- HolistiGrowth understands that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. We will handle such instances with discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
7. Changes to Packages or Services
- HolistiGrowth reserves the right to change or discontinue services or packages anytime. Clients with pre-purchased packages will receive all sessions for which they have paid.
